Rōvn is the operating network for the healthcare workforce.
Facilities get an AI operator that runs the path from applicant to billable, recruiting, credentialing, primary-source verification, readiness, and monitoring, end to end, while their team makes every hire, credential, and clearance decision. Workers verify once and carry a record that travels to every job, shift, and facility. Verify once, reuse everywhere.
AI queries route through AWS Bedrock under BAA · Anthropic Claude (Haiku 4.5) under BAA · zero-data-retention posture · no PHI in prompts.
Hospitals lose 60 to 180 days per hire to credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment run by inbox and spreadsheet, paid for in locum premium, foregone revenue, and survey exposure every billing cycle.
Existing CVOs are document-processing factories: they collect, they do not operate. The facility still carries the compliance burden, rebuilds evidence from scratch for every hire, and has no audit trail that survives a Joint Commission / CMS survey without manual assembly.
Credentialed does not mean privileged, monitored, billable, or surveyor-ready. The gap between each state is where facilities bleed.
- NCQA's updated standards (effective July 1, 2025) require ongoing monitoring of each provider's license, sanctions, and exclusions at least every 30 days, and shorten primary-source verification windows to 120 / 90 days. The quarterly, manual, batch approach now fails survey.
- Frontier AI only recently got good enough to operate messy credentialing decisions under a BAA. AWS Bedrock plus Anthropic Claude (Haiku 4.5), both under BAA, made procurement-safe LLM infrastructure a 2025 capability, not a 2020 one.
- Billing for an improperly credentialed provider stays exposed to False Claims Act liability under Medicare's 60-Day Rule, a long-standing rule, now far easier to trip as the gap widens. Too slow and too risky at once: a 2-to-3-year window, open now.
- Rural, CAH, and ASC markets are losing credentialing coordinators faster than they can replace them. The wedge buyer has daily pain and no incumbent at their price point.
Rōvn was started by a founder whose family are nurses. He watched them rebuild the same credentials from scratch at every new job, weeks lost before they could work or bill. Rōvn ends that: a clinician is verified once, and the proof travels with them, reusable at every facility on the network.
The Worker Passport
Verify once. Own your record. Carry it to every job, shift, and facility, with no agency taking a cut and no starting from zero. Your verification, your reputation, your history, owned by you.
The Operator
An AI operator that runs the workflow end to end, recruiting, screening, document collection, primary-source verification, credentialing, readiness, and monitoring, on one spine. The AI operates the workflow; your team makes every hire, credential, privileging, and clearance decision, and your systems schedule and deploy. Rōvn never places or employs anyone. Target: take time-to-fill from ~78 days toward under 14, a target, not a delivered result.
The product, running.
A live, read-only view of the Rōvn Readiness Operator: real workflow, source-verified receipts, every credentialing and hiring decision still made by a named human. Plus a short walkthrough film.
- Live product deployed, readiness.rovn.to, operator-demo.rovn.to, and worker.rovn.to are live and open as public demos; the production backend runs on AWS ECS under an executed BAA chain. Running on a synthetic corpus, no real roster or paying PHI has run through it yet, pre-launch by design.
- BAA chain executed, AWS Bedrock (BAA) → Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5 (BAA) → Rōvn ECS. Zero data retention. No PHI in prompts. HIPAA-aligned · BAA available.
- 43 roles × 51 jurisdictions · 2,193 coverage cells · 0 unsupported catalog cells. Source-backed workflows with API/manual-review labels. This is coverage capability on a synthetic corpus; no real roster has run through it yet. Coverage map is inspectable at Section 11.3.
- Outside legal counsel engaged. Jason Thomas Acevedo. All MSA / DPA / BAA / SAFE language runs through him before signing.
- Team complete and public. Four founders, Giles-Evan Mboumi (CEO), Christian Montgomery (COO), Abhishek Jha (CTO), Gokul Kaarthick Shanmugan (CPO), advised by Dr. Danielle K. Miller, DNP RN (Clinical Advisor; former CNO; ex-Amazon Principal PM Health Equity and AWS Healthcare Executive Advisor), Dr. Mohammed Quadri, MD MBA (VP Strategy, Hackensack Meridian), and Aki Hashmi (CEO, SkinSAFE). Full team and ownership map in Section 12.
- Investor room live with red-team console, 6-mode AI agent, and inspectable diligence trail (Sections 06-09, 11).
- Pricing ladder (transparent, published): Readiness $2,500 / month per facility ($30K ACV) → Operator pilot $12K / 90 days → Core $10K / month ($120K ACV) → Operator $20K / month ($240K ACV) → Platform $1M+ / yr custom. The readiness dashboard is not free.
Zero paying customers. Zero signed pilots or design partners. Pre-launch by design. The risk is execution, not invented traction.
Each hard requirement of the problem, building the coherent agentic system, verifying credentials against primary sources, selling into facilities, and clearing the clinical and regulatory bar, has a person whose background matches it.

provider organizations and ASCs in band. Healthcare-workforce verification is a multi-billion-dollar, mostly-manual spend. Expansion path: privileging → payer enrollment → two-sided network.
