Live source-authority readiness for the production Rōvn credentialing rail. Status is a snapshot from /credentialing/operational-readiness on the production canary path. Every entry is receipt-bound, no "trust us" claims, only what production returned.

What "ready" means here
- ready, production transport is configured, credentials are in AWS Secrets Manager, and a live canary call returned the expected status from the upstream source.
- sandbox_configured, vendor account is wired with sandbox credentials. Real-world workflow gated on production key + BAA promotion.
- pending_provisioning, vendor / source has accepted Rōvn's access request; live credentials not yet issued. No claim of verification possible until issued.
- ready_with_evidence_gate, adapter is live, but will not return VERIFIED without exact subject/license/state match plus a source authority artifact. Otherwise returns unavailable + human review.
